Freeze Negative Energy
One subtle problem we often overlook that can cause undesirable stress is when people direct negative energy at us.
People are energy. Thoughts are energy. Part of loving ourselves is not ingesting toxins. Negative energy is toxic. Freeze that energy in its tracks and don’t take it in.
